使用及保養用法: 
✅玉子燒鍋使用完畢後，以熱水清洗即可，洗好擦乾，放在爐台上以中火徹底烘乾鍋子，熄火，在鍋面上薄薄塗一點油，這就是養鍋了。 
✅鐵鍋的保養方法，就是要保持乾身，別讓鍋子濕濕的晾著。 
✅若有特別嚴重的焦汚，則可在鍋裡放水略煮一下，焦汚就會軟化，再用木鏟刮一下或鍋刷刷一刷，就能洗起來。
